Our offers are divided into two groups. Personal audit, Personnel Leadership Improvement and Personnel Coaching are standardised offers, which help you get the first orientation. It is to persons who want to orient themselves again but have no assumption over the adjustment of this re-orientation. The offers have a fix framework and extent.

Programs like Private Audit, Private Leadership Improvement, Private Coaching are for the client optimally content wise adapted in considered with the temporal needs of the customer.

Besides the individual coaching we also offer team choachings and team development programs.
